With 20 years of professional success, Eric stubbornly remains hands-on, focused on the Customer Journey Experience. Overseeing cross-functional teams, he brings deep expertise in product and creative development, online and offline marketing, mobile app development, user-experience design, partnerships, operations and business development. Having successfully held leadership roles across mobile gaming, loyalty rewards, travel, and shopping, Eric has a proclivity for building innovative platforms and rapid-deploy teams

Emily Pinney
Creative Lead
Emily has a wide range of experience in art direction, visual design and UX design. She is well versed in all aspects of product development from ideation to prototype and can iterate new concepts quickly. She tackles both the minutia of documenting every edge case to high level presentations of the user journey, always keeping in mind what’s best for the user and the business. Her work in the mobile space has focused on design, promotional in-app and external messaging, user retention and engagement. Her work in advertising has focused on branding, print and interactive ad campaigns, and demand generation marketing.
